Proficiency with AutoCAD 14/2002 or REVIT 9 is required to work on diverse projects, including Mixed Use, Type I to V Multi-Family Residential. Positions require 6-8 yrs. Architectural experience – min 4 years residential. CA Arch. license & Arch. degree preferred.
A minimum of ten years experience with substantial design experience in Retail Design with an emphasis on malls and mixed-use project experience. Additional experience in Type I and V multi-family residential design is desired. Position responsibilities include leading project design efforts, presentations to clients and governing agencies, while managing support design teams on simultaneous projects. Must have past experience as a lead designer managing staff. Similar U.S. project experience is required. Architectural degree and license preferred. Strong hand graphic presentation and written communication skills, proficiency in AutoCAD 2009, Photoshop and 3D Studio Max are required. REVIT preferred.
Minimum 5 years experience in Architectural Land Planning for Commercial Office, Retail, Mixed-Use, and Single and Multi-family residential type projects. Degree in Planning, Architectural or Landscape Architecture preferred.
Experience in Mixed-Use, Multi-Family Residential. & Retail, AutoCAD14/2002 OR REVIT 9 proficiency is required with the ability to coordinate project & draft docs. PA & PM positions require 6+ yrs. arch. Experience – minimum 4 yrs. residential & CA Architectural License is preferred.
Experience in educational, student housing, multi-family residential housing, civic, recreational, and public safety projects. AutoCAD 14/2002 or REVIT 9 proficiency is required with the ability to coordinate project and consultant documents. PA & PM position require 6+ yrs. Arch. Exp. with min. 3 yrs in educational/institutional work, and CA Architectural License.
