Candidates must have strong design capabilities which will be representative of experience with high density, multi family housing projects, mixed use retail projects and/or commercial projects. Qualified candidates must have 10-15 years of related experience, hand sketching capability and design software proficiency in programs such as sketch up, illustrator, photoshop and Indesign.  Revit software experience is required.
