Keith Ray, AIA, principal-in-charge of retail and urban mixed-use design at MVE & Partners, designs urban centers in which retail is a dynamic force to enliven mixed-use and infill developments. He is spearheading MVE & Partners' keen focus on a wide-range of retail-oriented developments.
Ray, who joined MVE & Partners in 2007, believes there are tremendous opportunities in Southern California, and nationally, to create interesting, lasting pieces of architecture, in which retail is the major driving component to creating a rich sense of place. He has long-term experience with infill mixed-use projects that have a strong core of retail.
Ray brings 35 years of experience in architecture, design and construction to MVE & Partners, and was previously senior vice president of mixed-use development at Archstone-Smith Trust, the public REIT, and Principal of Design at international retail developer Westfield Corp.
