Kenneth Nilmeier is Principal and Director of Planning of MVE + Partners. Since joining the firm more than 25 years ago, he has overseen the firm’s key master planning projects including specific plans, brownfield redevelopments, feasibility studies, and large-scale urban master plans. His wide range of expertise includes planning for residential and mixed-use communities, commercial developments, educational campuses and luxury resorts.
