Stony Brook Danville, CA

Client: Pacific Union HomesContractor: Ryder CompaniesStatus: Completed

Nestled within the historic village center of Danville, this community of courtyard cluster homes occupies a former elementary school site. This infill housing development is set within a sensitive and highly charged NIMBY environment. The project provides single-family cluster homes as an alternative to townhomes at market-rate affordability. Arranged in distinctive five-unit clusters, the homes are situated about a semi-private courtyard space.

Designed by McLarand Vasquez & Partners, Inc., an affiliated company.
