The Concourse San Jose, CA

Located adjacent to the San Jose International Airport, this project involved the renovation and re-master planning of an older office complex. In repositioning the project within today's marketplace, a new roadway, Concourse Drive, was created to set a theme for the development, and to link the four existing towers plus two new towers and parking structures into a more logical whole. Buildings Five and Six encompass state-of-the-art Class A office space that surrounds an inviting landscaped entry courtyard. Designed to satisfy the needs of Silicon Valley high technology firms, the new towers provide advanced data and telephony capacity, energy efficiency and high security.
