The Enclave at Treasure Island Laguna Beach, CA

The master plan of Treasure Island is comprised of a 262 room hotel, twelve custom home lots, a public park, and fourteen condominiums on 30 acres overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The Enclave is composed of two buildings of 7 homes with each featuring single level units averaging 2,500 sq.ft. The buildings take up a full floor of grade resulting in a single story elevation from the street and two stories on the view side.
