The design objective of the Balboa series at One Ford Road was to create a very gracious and pedestrian-friendly character on the loop street of this master-planned community. By locating garages on an alley at the rear of the lot and providing raised porches and yards at the street, neighbors are encouraged to gather for recreation and conversation. Four floor plans offer a tremendous variety to satisfy diverse buyer profiles. Many of the plans offer flexibility ranging from the addition of French doors or a second master bedroom to the addition of a bonus room over the garage with exterior stairs, affording the buyer an opportunity to customize the home to their individual needs and tastes.
