The Pacific Club Newport Beach, CA

MVE was awarded the assignment of creating a new home for the Pacific Club, a private member social and dining facility located in Newport Beach. MVE worked closely with a selected building committee to determine the best course of action toward modifying and updating the existing facility which was originally a public restaurant. After a thorough investigation of existing conditions and building infrastructure, it was determined that the most prudent course of action was to demolish the existing facility and replace it with a new structure in the same location.
