The Pinnacle at MacArthur Place completes the six-acre mixed-use development at Main Street and MacArthur Boulevard in Santa Ana. As part of the South Coast Metro's revitalization efforts, this multi-phased project provides a unique blend of housing types together with retail and recreational components. The overall development totals 253 residential units and contains more than 21,000 sq.ft. of restaurant and retail space, as well as an exercise center for residents. The landscaped park features an articulated pool/spa recreational building, while providing additional linkage to the retail center from the residential portion of the site. The Pinnacle mixed-use complex consists of 241 units of four-story apartments on a podium deck, 12 adjacent townhome units, a two-level parking structure for 880 cars, plus integrated restaurant, retail and recreational amenities. The residential component totals 354,000 sq.ft., while the parking structure is 280,000 sq.ft.
