The new master plan for this major mixed-use development at Campus Drive and Jamboree Road will encompass three 15- story high-rise residential towers, one 5-story office building, a five and one-half level parking structure, 10,000 to 15,000 sq.ft. of convenience retail, and an approximately 7,000 sq.ft. specialty restaurant. The development is located near the edge of a wetlands reserve that will ensure significant view corridors for many of the project's residential units. Designed in a timeless architectural style, the unit plans range in size from 1,100 sq.ft. to 4,300 sq.ft. and are comprised of a mixture of single-story residences and two-story townhomes. The Phase I residential tower links to the Phase II tower via the Promenade Terrace, which is a landscaped acre that includes gardens, swimming pool, fitness center, restaurant and club room. The twin high-rise towers will have three levels of parking, one below grade, one at-grade and one above-grade. At level three is a mix of eight condo units, a business center, fitness center, outdoor gardens and a large swimming pool. Levels four through ten contain a mixture of flats, while levels 12 and 13 have townhomes entered from the 12th level.
