The Water Garden is one of the most unique office developments in America, given its large 17-acre urban site and its intense height limitation. The articulated white pre-cast buildings with a black granite base and green lally columns are grouped in four double-clustered complexes of 300,000 -350,000 sq.ft. each around a lushly landscaped 1.4 acre lake with cascading water and fountains. The floor plates range in size from 25,000 to over 60,000 sq.ft. with private balconies, soaring atriums and stone lobbies, and cater to a wide variety and mix of tenants. The environment is highlighted by a lakeside promenade featuring restaurants, shops and arcades which delineate the lake edge and link the individual building atria. Other on-site amenities include a child care center, health club and concierge services. Beneath the buildings and extensive gardens lies a three-level subterranean parking structure for 5,000 cars, the cumulative area of which is equivalent to over 45 acres.
