This mixed-use project includes two sets of twin six-story office buildings, a hotel, two residential neighborhoods, a five-level parking structure faced with two levels of retail, and a bluff-top park which extends the regional trail system around Newport Bay. The commercial component features two office developments comprised of two L-shaped joined towers of six stories surrounding a dramatic 10,000 sq.ft., three-level garden atrium. Each of the 350,000 sq.ft. office structures has a polished granite skin with bronze ribbon windows and notched corner terraced offices.
