Located off the San Joaquin Hills Corridor at Aliso Creek Road, Vantis was master planned and designed by MVE as a cluster of nine three-story to eight-story buildings connecting to each other through a system of pedestrian walkways. The $350 million project will offer both speculative and build-to-suit space, and has the latest in broadband and telecom technology, as well as abundantly landscaped outdoor work areas by SWA Group. Service retail, specialty cafes and restaurants will be provided in the main street promenade, along with surface and structured parking for 6,250 cars.
