This 12-acre project plays an anchor role in the establishment of an overall 76-acre high-density urban infill transit village. Very compact and well-detailed plans have been designed for the high-profile, first-time buyer. Each cluster of units is organized around a landscaped motor court which accesses the units and establishes a sense of neighborhood for residents. The front door and garage entries of the townhomes are at the first level, while the flats are clustered around a common entry vestibule reflecting San Francisco's urban victorian model.
