The Walnut Senior Housing project is comprised of 108 units of affordable for-sale condominiums, intended for an active senior lifestyle. Situated on a 6.5 acre site east of Los Angeles, the development consists of 12 buildings with nine units per building and nine different plan designs. Each building contains three unit types, one bedroom with one bathroom, two bedrooms with one bathroom, and two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Each pair of second floor units share a special access lift for handicap accessibility. Unit sizes vary from nearly 800 sq.ft. to 1,200 sq.ft., and include a private single car garage with direct or semi-direct access. The project also includes a 4,000 sq.ft. recreation building with multi-purpose functions and pool facilities. Other open spaces include common green areas with benches, arbor structures and landscape features.
