Built in a single phase, this 1,000,000 sq.ft. office development occupies two entire blocks on Wilshire Boulevard near the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. The project consists of two six-story C-shaped buildings constructed over a three-level 800,000 sq.ft. subterranean parking structure for 2,900 cars. At the heart of the project is the signature Courtyard, a lushly landscaped plaza accented by water features which invite community participation. The buildings feature four internal skylight atria rising to six-stories in height. The large floor plates of up to 100,000 sq.ft. cater to expanding companies and minimize the need for vertical travel between departments and groups. The project has enjoyed immense success as a high-quality business address.
