Our goal for the Enclave model units was to create warm and inviting contemporary spaces that enhanced the building's architectural statement while reflecting the lifestyles of the proposed buyers. Our Plan 2 model best demonstrates how this was accomplished in a manner that was pleasing to buyers of all age groups. Buyers are attracted to the open floor plan arrangement and spacious interiors that provide a backdrop for gracious living and entertaining. Light neutral tones are used for all painted surfaces and large upholstery pieces throughout the home to expand the visual sense of space while touches of melon, orange and red lend color distinction. Window coverings were selected to complement each room's decor while leading the eye toward the panoramic views and the attractive amenities provided with each home. Throughout most of the model, golden travertine stone flooring was installed with accent bands of wood to lend a dramatic visual statement that is both pleasing underfoot and easy to maintain. Additionally, all cabinetry throughout was constructed of a warm mahogany wood that provides a luxurious design statement. These rich tones are further complemented by limestone floors and countertops in the expansive master bathroom. Throughout the model we selected furnishings and detailing that reflected the contemporary nature of the architecture with Mediterranean accents that added richness and individuality to the home. All of these features come together to create a model home experience that is both inviting and memorable for the potential buyers of the Enclave.
