Centerpointe is the final phase of development to be built in the La Mirage apartment community. Given that much of the existing development was constructed as much as 10 years prior, this new component offers existing and potential residents a lifestyle option that was previously unavailable.
The one-, two- and three-bedroom homes are configured in three and four-story buildings built both on-grade and above a partially subterranean single level parking structure. This idea allows for both a less expensive construction cost and an accelerated construction schedule allowing the units to be brought to market sooner. The additional required parking was provided on-site in parking courts. Further, a total of 340 units are provided in two identical buildings consisting of 170 units. The architecture was inspired by San Diego's heritage of early California buildings, embodying traditional forms and details with newly interpreted colors.
