This development is located at the south shore of the Lake Las Vegas resort community immediately adjacent to the Montelago Village, a pedestrian-oriented entertainment and retail complex. It is within walking distance from the casino, retail village, world class golf and waterfront boat dock. The key five-story building emphasizes the verticality of tower form in a stately manner and introduces a stone base as the cohesive theme of the project. Montelago's lakeside villas also utilize the same fieldstone and display the casual attitude of the "Provence" style of architecture in its intimate and human scale forms.

The luxury project is being positioned as a "private residence club" (PRC), which offers high-end fractional-owned vacation condominiums. It will consist of two building components: a five-story tower and several four-story lakeside villas.
