Located in the Playa Vista master planned community, this 5.5-acre apartment project is part of the pedestrian-oriented urban neighborhood. The adjacent central park is both a community recreation center and a branch library. Both building types are designed to accommodate modern technologies including broadband and integrated high-performance wiring systems. The project is planned to exceed current energy standards and is designed based on sustainable guidelines and use of renewable resources.
