Working with vast desert property, MVE master planned the 640-acre Indian Ridge Country Club community located in the resort community of Palm Desert, California. The community features two championship Arnold Palmer designed golf courses, central clubhouse and fitness facility and over 1,100 fairway-frontage residences. While the plan addressed the needs of the developer, Sunrise Company, in achieving residential real estate value, the plan nonetheless fulfills numerous planning and design objectives.
