The new Mauna Lani Resort Hotel is an important part of the 104-acre Mauna Lani Master Plan Development proposed by Stanford Carr and designed by MVE. Located approximately one mile from the shoreline near Waimea and 60 feet above sea level, the site overlooks a manicured 18-hole golf course and has impressive views in all directions. The Resort Hotel Main Building on Parcel 3A contains 184 condominium units with 266 keys in a three- to six-story structure near the center of the complex. The Resort Hotel Bungalows found on Parcel 3B feature 100 condominium units with 250 keys in one- and two-story detached villas with lock-off units.
