This proposed project has a total of 235 residential units over two levels of painted cast-in-place concrete garage with some 400 parking spaces. The residential units range from studios, one and two bedroom single level units and townhomes, in four stories plus loft above the parking garage. The dwelling floors will be a cast-in-place concrete structure with a painted cement plaster exterior skin. The podium has approximately 17,000 sq.ft. of retail, including 2,000 sq.ft. of leasing office and ten live/work units. The podium street frontage will be faced with fine stone and dressed with extensive landscaping to blend with the new town plan.
