MVE has designed a new eye care facility for the SCCO that will provide patient care in a learning environment for students. The college is one of the top teaching facilities in the nation and this new facility will provide state-of-the-art technology for patient examination and treatment for both primary care functions, as well as a wide degree of specialties including Pediatrics, Vision Training, Ocular Disease and Contact Lens. The facility will include a complete Laser Surgery Center, as well as, research and testing facilities along with a retail component for an Optical Dispensary that will provide glasses and contact lens to the public.

MVE's graphics team created four monochromatic murals displaying photography of actual SCCO patients and doctors performing daily activities in the profession. These large scale banners wrap the interior walls of the facility and lead visitors down interior corridors in an aesthetic but complementary fashion.
