Located just across from the John Wayne Airport on a 10-acre master plan site, the office buildings each have an adjacent fourstory parking structure with a total capacity for more than 1,200 cars. The building entry lobbies feature custom wood panels of quarter-sawn figured American white maple with stainless steel reveals and elegant floor-to-ceiling tempered glass.
The contemporary building design encompasses a combination of cast stone and high-performance green glass in strong horizontal mullion lines, as well as modernist elements consistent with the adjacent Koll office buildings. The twin towers are visually linked together by matching colors, landscaping and angles that will help create a gateway to Irvine through the Main Street corridor. The typical floor size of over 22,600 sq.ft. is encompassed by floor-to-ceiling energy efficient glass demarcated by nine and ten-foot ceiling heights. The buildings incorporate a steel-braced structural system for greater cost effectiveness and the open floors are column free for interior flexibility.
