This full city block development of premium office and retail space creates an urban plaza along the City's major thoroughfare and enriches the pedestrian experience of the street. The design reflects traditional urban buildings in the detail, texture and play of shadows found on those built earlier this century. The towers are of beige precast materials, giving the appearance of a detailed stone, with polished granite articulating the exterior design. Arched openings open up to the second level, while the building lobbies include coffered ceilings and bronze detailing.
Phase I consists of a 171,000 sq.ft. structure and a six-level parking garage for 360 cars. Phase II includes a larger floor plate, a 215,000 sq.ft. tower, which completes the central plaza and a seven-level parking garage for 500 cars. A two-story, 56,000 sq.ft. health club is located above the Phase II parking structure, which is hidden from the street by a three-level low-rise retail and office component. The central plaza is an English Parterre garden filled with topiary shapes and is a popular gathering space for both tenants and shoppers.
