Located amid existing office towers and The Four Seasons Hotel, this two- and three-story office building represents the completion of the office entitlements for the Newport Center area. The unique and sloping infill site, with views to the Newport Harbor, was previously utilized as a multilevel surface parking lot located on a prominent entrance to the upscale Fashion Island Retail Center. The challenge of this site was to design a solution that dealt with the topography in a graceful manner and one that also integrates the building into surrounding context.
