Palo Verde II Irvine, CA

Palo Verde II consists of 442 apartment style units in one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations. Thirteen of the fourteen buildings contain 32 units and one building has 26 units arranged on three levels, with some of the upper units configured as two-story townhomes. Site amenities include a tot-lot located adjacent to the community building for residents of Palo Verde I and II. MVE provided the overall master plan and the design bridging documents for a design-build delivery.
