Harmony at Colony Park project provides residents the modern amenities they desire with a convenient central location that is close to Anaheim's bustling business district, public transportation, entertainment and all of the major freeways. As an infill community, the project represents an efficient reuse of land which previously housed light industrial and commercial uses that was re-gentrified into residential use reconnecting the existing urban street grid. One of the main goals of the project was to maintain and relate to the historical characteristic of the surrounding neighborhood.
