The MacArthur BART Transit Village transforms 6.84 acres of land, primarily surface parking, into a vibrant and viable mixed-use transit center. The intent of the development is to bring together the essential critical mass of retail, housing and community uses necessary to support a much-needed 24/7 neighborhood center.
