Candelero Point Master Plan Palmas Del Mar, Puerto Rico

Located on a key pinnacle point adjacent to the panoramic setting of the Caribbean Sea, the 40-acre Candelero Point master plan calls for creating 450 luxury hotel condominiums and fractional ownership units, phased in their development. The first 90 units will follow the Phase I design scheme of three 30-units, five-story Type I concrete buildings in a cluster formation. The additional buildings will include various 60-units, five-story cluster-oriented facilities comprised of 120 condominium hotel suites and 240 fractional ownership suites. This resort community will complement the Palmas Del Mar master plan.
