Branding often plays a vital role for international projects because much of the development is described through visual communication, as language barriers exist and translations can be unreliable. MVE & Partners provided a well-packaged booklet encompassing all elements of the Luxetown development, a revolutionary new design in high-rise living. By creating an organic yet contemporary icon for the project, the form of the Luxetown emblem conveys an international presence. The booklets cover was created from natural, hand-made paper with various hues of green finsihed with an embossed icon in a satin metal finish.
Amidst the vibrant city of Chengdu, Luxetown offers peace and tranquility in the shadow of a world class metropolis. In the tradition of Chengdu, the Luxetown community is truly a symbol of luxury and quality - expressed by its natural landscape and distinct architecture. The central design expression of the Luxetown Master Plan is the harmonious integration of natural elements and man-made materials. The architecture is delicately crafted to enhance the surrounding water and hills. In addition to its naturally beautiful surrounding, the planning promotes a harmonious sense of community.
