This new park and waterfront project on Mission Bay consists of 100 luxury, market-rate condominium units. The development is comprised of perimeter two-story townhomes masking a two-story interior parking structure. The remaining luxury flats and townhomes are organized around a roof garden terrace which caps the parking garage. The entire building structure is constructed of poured-in-place concrete with post tensioned slabs and a painted exterior plaster finish skin. The windows are an aluminum frame operable system.
