The Ada County Corridor Project will serve as the gateway to downtown Boise, as well as, provide a new courthouse and county administration facility for an agency that has outgrown its current building. At total build-out, the project will incorporate 700,000 sq.ft. of office, 100,000 sq.ft.of retail/commercial, and 303-units of public/private affordable residential. This joint-venture development between the city, county and developer units efforts to create a unique, urban vision with vibrant lifestyle opportunities in a downtown environment.
