This four-building complex, developed in two phases in the prestigious Corporate Plaza area of Newport Center, was entirely leased upon completion. Designed to fit under a strict view plane, the four L-shaped buildings (of 40,000 and 50,000 sq.ft. each) gently cascade down a sloping street. A landscaped courtyard between 24 and 26 Corporate Plaza aligns with the portal of 23 Corporate Plaza, also designed by our firm, and the arcade of the Newport Beach Public Library. Through sensitive site planning, the group of five low-rise buildings were designed to create a uniquely linked facility complex within a mile of the Pacific Ocean.
