Located adjacent to the Long Beach Airport, this single-phased 540,000 sq.ft. office park is a composition of three buildings, oriented around a landscaped park. The trio of facilities are arrayed in a eight, six and two-story organization, and respond specifically to neighborhood discussion sessions held during the conceptual design phase. The project is also comprised of a six-level parking garage for 2,200 cars. Below the buildings on a separate basement level are additional support facilities including presentation rooms, a theater, audio-visual conferencing rooms, and a 20,000 sq.ft. cafeteria and kitchen facility. A pedestrian bridge spans Lakewood Boulevard, enabling employees to travel within a secured area to the aircraft construction hangars nearby.
