Fireman's Fund Irvine, CA

This is the largest regional office in North America for Fireman's Fund Insurance Company. The build-to-suit facility features large 53,000 sq.ft. floor plates, while the three-acre site provides surface parking for 400 cars, as well as an outdoor eating area for company employees. This is the first building in a series being built in Jamboree Business Center West, an Irvine Company office park located near the interchange of the Costa Mesa and Santa Ana freeways.
