Fluor's campus office complex is nestled into the foothills along the San Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor of southern Orange County. The campus consists of a corporate headquarters building on a 7.1 acre site and five "smart" engineering buildings on a 22.6 acre site. Planned as a cluster of work environments around a large courtyard, the campus-style facilities provide a vibrant, socially interactive environment that inspires and encourages synthesis and synergy among all levels of employees. Fluor's building program focused on creating and enhancing the concept of a highly team-oriented organization. The complex includes a cafeteria with indoor and outdoor seating areas, a fitness facility, credit union, technical library, travel service, walking track around the site and an outdoor basketball court. The open structure of the courtyard plaza area also serves as the company's community gathering place.
