This mixed-use development contextually responds to historical influences within the Hollywood district through the use of colorful materials and matching cornice heights. It also aspires to the present and future of Hollywood through its incorporation of signage features and celebrated wall graphics as an architectural expression in itself. In addition to MVE, the project team includes HKS Architects for the hotel and condominiums. This large project has been designed with multiple districts to respond to the unique urban fabric of the Hollywood community. Vine Street is the primary address for the apartment community, which is designed in an urban loft aesthetic. The 350 apartments will feature a mix of one- and two-bedroom units ranging in size from 550 sq.ft. to 1,150 sq.ft., and the building will include a neighborhood market and retail spaces at the street level.
