This project encompasses the remodel of the former Scripps Medical Clinic in La Jolla into new luxury condominiums. Phase I involves the construction of a new three-story building over three levels of existing subterranean parking, while Phase 2 involves the remodel of the adjacent, existing four-story building previously used for the clinic. The residences offer an exceptional enclave of private, elegant living in the midst of the charming, cosmopolitan La Jolla Village.
