Working closely with Kajima Development and team consultants, MVE assisted in master planning Phase One development at the highly acclaimed Hualalai Resort on the Island of Hawaii. This phase of the approximate 720-acre resort, which opened in 1997, includes the Four Seasons Hotel, Hualalai, a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course that is home to the annual Master Card PGA Seniors Tour event, custom home sites, condominiums and public trails and amenities.
