Koll Anaheim Center Anaheim, CA

Client: The Koll Company & Anaheim Redevelopment AgencyContractor: Koll ConstructionCompletion Date: December, 1992

This two-phased mixed-use development reconstructs the historic center of Anaheim, which was leveled in the 1960's and 1970's for redevelopment that never occurred. The urban design recreates a sense of the historic downtown business district with an accented "Main Street". The first phase of the project includes the regional headquarters for Pacific Bell in a 200,000 sq.ft., eight-story office tower, as well as a 208,000 sq.ft., 11-story City Hall West tower for the City of Anaheim. Two parking garages integrate 20,000 sq.ft. of retail, with attractive urban landscaping and an extensive public art program accenting the development. The mixed-use projects creates a distinctive image and quality for the building complex, which distinguishes it from other developer-oriented projects in the area.
