Lagoon Valley is a scenic rural valley surrounded by oak-studded undeveloped coastal hills and serves a natural gateway to the city of Vacaville traveling eastbound on the Interstate 580. The Valley also includes a 60-acre lake and regional park. The development plan establishes three distinct residential villages within a total program of 1,277 units.
