The 6060 Center Drive building ties into the Howard Hughe's Center's master planned theme of contemporary styling and a campus arrangement. Influenced by the 1930's and 1940's period architecture of the streamline moderne, 6060 Center Drive's exterior is repetitive horizontal banding of stone, concrete, glass and aluminum, boldly accented with vertical buttresses emerging from the front door to the crowning horizontal blade and light beacon. The ten-story tower features spacious floor plates of over 24,000 rentable sq.ft., with state-of-the-art elevators, advanced energy systems and essential communications capabilities.
