This 70-acre hillside site is bordered by Newport Coast Drive to the north and Pelican Hill Golf Course to the west and south. Thirty-one buildings ranging from two to four stories are under construction or are to be built in eight inter-related phases. The project includes terraced levels of residential structures in configurations that respond to topographic variations of the site. Nine different building types are included in the development, with each time-share unit being 1,250 square feet in size.
