The master planned community was designed by the Roma Design Group and the individual residential buildings were designed by multiple firms, including three that were designed by MVE. This collaborative process resulted in an architecturally diverse community, with each building maintaining its own identity. The master plan is designed about a five-acre central park that serves as the social and recreational hub of the neighborhood and is anchored by a 20,000 sq.ft. community building, which includes a fitness center, cinema and an extensive club and pool area. A loop street encircles the park and serves as the front door address to each of the eight residential buildings that together provide an ultimate total of 2,600 rental units.
