MVE assisted the Newhall Land and Farming Company master plan a series of residential villages within the community of Valencia in northern Los Angeles County. One such development, Alta Vista, is a 66-acre village featuring a total of 306 dwelling units in four distinct residential product types. The development is planned to feature two neighborhood greens linked by tree-lined boulevards with pedestrian promenades.
