Under the guidance of the Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer will play a key role in developing compelling visual content for a wide range of marketing and design initiatives to effectively communicate the firm’s vision and expertise. The ideal candidate will bring strong creative skills, attention to detail, and a passion for design to support our award-winning architecture team in delivering visually impactful materials: Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and animation using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus.
Role:
- Develop high-quality designs, concepts, and visual solutions for digital marketing campaigns, presentations, proposals, visioning packages, brochures, exhibit graphics, and other branded materials.
- Work closely with both the Marketing and Design teams to conceptualize and refine layouts, graphics, and visual narratives, ensuring alignment with brand and project goals.
- Provide design expertise, feedback, and mentorship to Marketing and Architectural Design teams, enhancing the quality and effectiveness of visual communication.
- Ensure all marketing and design materials maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency in line with the firm’s brand identity.
- Create, edit, and update content across various marketing materials, digital platforms, and internal and external communication channels.
- Deliver graphic design services for client-requested, billable projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Conduct relevant research on design trends, industry standards, and project-specific requirements to enhance creative outputs.
- Maintain and contribute to an organized archive of images, graphics, photos, and past design work for future reference and reuse.
You:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong conceptual and creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for design, typography, composition, and branding.
- Minimum of three years of graphic design experience, preferably in professional service, architecture, or built environment industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- (Preferred but Not Required): Experience with motion graphics and video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Bonus Skills Social Media Editing (Preferred but Not Required): Manage daily content creation, including writing, editing, and scheduling posts for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.
