With over 10 years of experience, Hakop Musayelyan has played a key role in the execution of various projects, with a focus on high-rise residential developments, office complexes, and institutional projects. His role includes collaborating with consultants to develop a basis of design that is representative of the clients needs, project’s function and budget, and he specializes in building envelope and layout studies, leads design development coordination, utilizes BIM and GIS tools to maximize the accuracy and efficiency of coordination efforts between trades, and coordinates with builders to balance the preservation of design intent. Hakop was given the title of Associate Partner in 2022.
